The final project management and evaluation meeting, held during the last phase of the project, was successfully completed between 10-14 July 2025 in Bari, Italy.
The main objectives of the meeting were to carry out a comprehensive evaluation of the project process, share the achieved results, review the financial documentation, examine dissemination activities, and establish a joint plan for the preparation of the final report.
The first day started with the welcoming of participants and opening speeches. Afterwards, the overall progress of the project was reviewed, and each partner institution presented the local activities implemented in their respective countries. The participation of students and teachers, the achievements, feedback, and project impacts were shared. In the afternoon session, the intellectual outputs were reviewed, joint evaluation reports were presented, and group discussions were held on challenges encountered and examples of good practices. The day concluded with a cultural evening event in the historic center of Bari.
The second day was dedicated to the dissemination of project results. Partners shared their promotional activities carried out through social media, local press, and school websites. Examples of how project outputs were integrated into educational practices were also presented.
During the afternoon session, participants exchanged ideas on the sustainability of the project and discussed potential joint project proposals for future Erasmus+ calls. The day ended with a guided cultural city tour of Bari.
The third day focused on the preparation of the final report. Documents, financial statements, and visual materials were reviewed collectively; deadlines and responsibilities were clearly defined.
At the end of the meeting, participation certificates were distributed, a general evaluation of the project was made, and all partners were thanked for their valuable contributions. The meeting concluded with closing speeches and a group photo session.
